1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of Platform services, Users must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal request, dewa787 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer verification process. This involves the submission of a clear copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and — where applicable — documentation verifying the source of deposited funds.

Account Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. dewa787 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to secure their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

dewa787 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend an Account pending verification, without being required to provide a reason for such decision.

5 Deposits & Payments

dewa787 supports a range of deposit methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted.

All deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• dewa787 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, the User's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited on the Platform are maintained separately as player balances and are not treated as interest-bearing deposits.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or dispute filings initiated by a User through their payment provider may result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.

6 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of available real-money balances from their Account Wallet, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed.

Processing Timeframes

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Covers Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong.
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes; subject to individual bank settlement windows.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to (a) successful KYC verification, (b) fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus, (c) adherence to minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to the chosen payment method, and (d) the Account being in good standing with no active investigation or restriction applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, dewa787 may offer promotional bonuses, reload incentives, cashback, free spins, VIP rewards, migration bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and the general conditions set out below.

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

8 Wagering & Gaming Rules

All games and wagering activities available on the Platform are subject to specific game rules displayed within each respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rule constitutes a more specific or restrictive provision.

• All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying wager details, including stake amounts and selections, before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, dewa787 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or documentation during KYC verification.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

dewa787 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account without prior notice if:

1. The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
2. The User provides false or unverifiable identification or KYC documentation;
3. There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities;
4. A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the User or their payment provider;
5. The User's Account is the subject of a law enforcement request or legal order;
6. The User voluntarily requests Account closure through formal written request to the support team.

Upon Account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses or withheld amounts under investigation) will be returned to the User using their verified payment method, subject to standard processing timeframes.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trade names, game content, text, design elements, user interface layouts, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dewa787 or its duly licensed third-party content providers.
